Club Championships 2019


Hi everyone,

The draws for this years Club Champs have been made - they are displayed both on the Tennis Noticeboard and also via the MyCourts software that you use for court bookings - simply scroll to the 'tournaments' icon to view the draws.

Please contact opponents immediately to arrange matches. It is imperative that matches are played by the 'play by' dates displayed on the draws. Delayed matches cause a hold-up in the draw which is unfair on other players in later rounds. Therefore, if matches are not completed and results displayed by the 'play by' date, either a 'coin toss' will decide the match or both players will be removed from the draw. If there are legitimate reasons for a delay, please contact me BEFORE the deadline for the match.

Players contact details should be available via the 'Member Database' on MyCourts. Your contact details will only be visible to others if your account settings permit this - to ensure this has been done correctly, please take the following steps:

1. Log into Members Website www.roehamptonclubmembers.co.uk (For a reminder of these login details, please email marketing@roehamptonclub.co.uk)

2. Click the MyCourts icon – middle right-hand side of the page.

3. From list towards the top on the left-hand side, click ‘Edit My Profile’.

4. Under ‘Contact Details and Privacy Settings’ tick the contact information that you would like to share with other Members via the MyCourts Member Directory.

5. Click the ‘submit’ button. Please organise your matches as soon as possible and contact me with any issues.

If you cannot find the contact details of any opponent, please ask Reception or me direct...

Also, please ensure you have Sunday 30th June reserved in your diaries for Finals Day.

Not receiving Email Newsletters?

  • Login and check you email address is correct.
  • Contact Us if you changed your email address.
  • Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).
  • Add "roehamptonclub@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Contacts list or email address book.
  • Contact your email service provider and ask them why you're not receiving messages sent from roehamptonclub@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.

Hotmail/Outlook Users

  • Login to your Hotmail/Outlook account.
  • Click Settings > View all Outlook settings > Junk Email
  • Add "mycourts.co.uk" and "no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Safe Senders and domains.

GMail Users

  • Go to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. If "Roehampton Club <roehamptonclub@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" appears in the list of blocked addresses, select "Roehampton Club <roehamptonclub@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" and click "unblock selected addresses".

Other email service providers may have similar settings -- please follow their instructions. If not, contact their support desk and request delivery of messages from roehamptonclub@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
