Adult Doubles Workshop

There are still spaces on the doubles workshop on Friday 26th April from 9am till 1pm. The workshop will consist of doubles tactics and strategy, skill development clinics, live ball drills, and point play offering a chance to improve your game in a fun relaxed environement.

Top teams’ tennis at the Club

This Sunday 21st April we will have five of the best teams in the UK playing at the Club. Come along to support and watch some fabulous, top-level tennis. Find the Men’s and Ladies’ First Teams playing on courts 7 to 10 and the Men’s Second Team v Sutton will be on courts 15 to 18.

14:00- Men’s 1 (number 1 ranked team in UK) V Raynes Park 1 (number 3 ranked team in UK)

Roehampton Club Juniors receive LTA Youth Tennis Leaders’ certificates

The first LTA Youth Tennis Leaders course (for 11-18 year olds) was run at Roehampton Club on 14th April – a course that is recognised and accredited by SLQ Sports Leaders. We would like to congratulate the 15 Roehampton Club Juniors who took part and attained their certificate:

The LTA Youth Tennis Leaders course enables those who take part to gain knowledge, understanding and skills so that they are able to support coaches and venues in delivering tennis sessions and running matchplay events. There is a particular focus on leadership skills within the course with competencies like communication, self-belief, teamwork, self-management and problem solving embedded throughout.
